The <details> Tag

This tag is used to specify the additional details about document(s) which can be viewed or hide by the viewer.

The tag can also be used along with the summary tag to make a header so that the user can expand or collapse the details of the data when required.

Example code:

<html>
  <body>
    <details open="open">
      <p>If the browser you are currently viewing in, supports this feature, then you should be able to expand and collapse this.</p>
      </details>
  </body>
</html>

Attributes of Command tag

The <command> Tag comes with the various attributes as given in the below table

Attribute Values Description of the attribute
Open open Tells whether the details of the data should be shown to the user or not.
